Management team does a very decent job. Own a good deal of properties down in Minneapolis as well as in Phoenix. Feels this will be an area of growth for them.

Decent REIT w/ properties in US and Canada. Well run company; it is nothing wild (yes, boring is often what one wants to balance 'folio). It may double in value but company has chugged along very nicely paying good dividend every month.
