THEY ARE RAISING DIVIDENDS AGAIN TO $1.35 IN JAN.2013, AND THEY WILL START RECEIVING RENT FROM THE BOW IN CALGARY IN 2013, SO FURTHER DIVY INCREASES ARE NOT OUT OF THE QUESTION.
