REIT sector is interesting and he is trying to be a little bit ahead of the curve on it. Valuations are very high and slowly but surely he has seen REITs trickle off a little bit this year. Some risks on the valuation front. Prefers names that are trading at a discount on price to NAV such as Brookfield Office Properties (BPO-T), which pays a nice dividend.
