Buying opportunity for a 1 to 3 year horizon? Completely agrees with this. Technically the stock is trading at a very good level so she would step in at this point. One of the few producers that will be in the lithium space and supply is fairly tight.

Thinks the mine is still under construction and should start production in Q1. Have 90% of their offtake agreement, which is very positive. Probably the last Junior that has come into production this year so she thinks there is a lot more upside to the story. In addition, once they bring on production, there is a lot more growth down the road where they will have potential to create higher value with lithium metals which command a lot higher prices.

Great story. Going to be producing lithium and will be the 1st producing mine in North America. Have just done a 5 year agreement with a big Chinese commodity trader and will be producing 12,000 tons of lithium a year for them with a provision to increase offtake volumes up to 20% over previous years deliveries. If that provision is triggered in 2014, it could reach 14,400 tonnes in 2014.

Owns a little. Coming into production. Market cap is about $230 million so at this level she sees risk/reward as kind of “fair”. When it comes into production she is seeing estimates of about $30 million EBITDA. Likes the Canadian lithium producing covenant which is a much higher value than most lithium names. Good value here but they are going into production so you could run into some kind of start up risks. here.

Lithium space fundamentals have been very strong because of all the lithium iron batteries that people are putting into their iPads, cell phones, etc. Expects fundamentals to continue to improve over the next 24 months. This is not her favourite name.

Difficult stock to analyze only because it doesn’t trade very much. A few days ago it had a big jump up on news and a breakout into a new price level. Had huge volume and a 14% gain. If they can maintain itself above $0.56, then it has some potential. If it goes back down to the $0.54-$0.55 level it is going to stay there potentially for a while or even go down below $0.40. Upside potential now looks about $0.70-$0.80.
