WEAK BUY	20.010	Jeff Black	A new EFT, started last November. North American in scope. Good strong dividends, diversified market. Perpetuals are a different interest rate risk. He is not sure how they deal with the tax treatment of US preferds. A reset is a good way to protect against future interest rate hikes but you can’t control that with the ETF.	2011-01-11
