BUY	2.200	Randall Abramson	Financing is about to be resolved. Drilled key appraisal well that delineated the well. Best north sea well in years. There is a dilution concern. They are in discussion with a number of banks. In 30-60 days you will see the bank line come into place. Will bring in drilling rig in early December.	2011-10-27
