DON'T BUY	7.330	David Burrows	He’s been pretty cautious on US financials going through this rally because they have been generally under performing. Revenue has been shrinking on this one. Could be acquired but this is not a good reason to buy. He would want to see the numbers really start to improve.	2011-04-07
