Comment	4.890	Charles Dillingham	A spinoff from First Capital (FCR-T). A big part of this is Equity One holding in the US, which is very good. They also have doctors’ offices type buildings. Very early on and very illiquid. You or someone who likes to get in early and not look at it for a while, the chance of them doing well is good.	2011-10-18
